Cedar Stars Academy welcomes CSA-Wayne NJ

Cedar Stars Academy continues its growth within the New Jersey soccer landscape with the exciting announcement of a merger with Wayne Soccer Club. The merger allows Cedar Stars Academy to grow well into the Passaic county region. By joining the Cedar Stars Academy family, Wayne Soccer Club has now become part of the fastest growing soccer family in the Tri-State area. CSA Wayne NJ is now part of Global Network and will share the same pathway possibilities that all Cedar Stars Academy divisions benefit from. With professional clubs nationally and internationally the Cedar Stars Academy Player pathway has never been stronger.
We are extremely excited to form a new partnership with Wayne Soccer Club. Cedar Stars Academy-Wayne will offer the local community of Wayne a pathway to the highest level of youth soccer on both the boys and girls side of the game. Wayne has a rich soccer history and with this collaboration we aim to offer all players in Wayne a place to develop and grow on and off the field.

After 4 years of rebranding the Wayne Soccer Club to be one of the best player development centered programs in the Wayne NJ area, I am pleased that we will be joining the Cedar Stars Academy family. The fact that Cedar Stars Academy are happy to put their name on our program speaks volumes of our success and reputation. By becoming part of the CSA family, it will allow us to offer a complete pathway to the top levels of soccer for our players - something that we were unable to do as Wayne Soccer Club. We believe that the Wayne Community has a huge soccer base and we want to provide the best services that we can. One of our biggest challenges as a small club is having the staffing/ people to provide, with quality, our constantly expanding player base and programs. By becoming Cedar Stars Academy, Wayne, it provides myself with a bigger support mechanism so that we can serve our community and the surrounding area on a much bigger scale. With many big plans in the works, this is something that I am really excited to get started with.

By joining the Cedar Stars academy family We are finally able to offer the residents of Wayne a complete pathway of soccer from 3 years old to high school, college and even to professional Soccer. We have a place for a child to have fun, learn the game and take it as far as they strive to go.

This merger has broadened the scope of CSA over the NJ platform in providing the exposure to the current CSA pathway. Through a centralized coaching concept and exchange of ideas where all can benefit, from players, staff and overall organization, all pulling together to see these talented athletes make it through the challenges of youth development and unto the professional game.
